Dato Lim is currently a Director and a substantial shareholder of KYM Holdings Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia listed company. He was also the independent and non-executive director of Edaran Berhad but has retired since February 18, 2016.

Dato Lim is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Throughout his established corporate career, he has successfully turned around distressed companies.

Odie has more than 20 years of professional work experience across the Asia Pacific region. He has worked extensively in investments, consultancy and fundraising especially in the stockbroking industry where he manages ultra high net-worth individuals (UHNI) and institutional investors.

Before setting up his own management consultancy, Odie served as a venture partner with Delight Capital, a registered fund Management Company with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He was instrumental in setting up the Delight London Residential Fund and was part of a core team to lead investment in a mixed-use asset.

Rina Neoh has more than 20 years of experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial world. Rina holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science and MBA (International Business). Rina co-founded Mercatus Capital Pte Ltd, a homegrown incubator based in Singapore and a venture accelerator since 2006 with more than 45 startups seeded and incubated in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, China and Hong Kong.

Rina holds strategic management and advisory roles, directorships and equities in Mercatus Capital, RxR Capital. Rina is also a Master Franchise Holder for MindChamps International PreSchool Philippines and holds significant equity in Unlimited Brands Inc., a gourmet food distribution company in Philippines.
